  • We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our operations team. GM will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations including but not limited to: staff management, financials, maintaining high level of customer service, health and safety compliance, vendor relations and ongoing business development.

    General Manager Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of restaurant operations including day to day activities/events, staffing with high emphasis on customer/guest satisfaction, facilitating kitchen staff to ensure menu is up to date and ready for daily service

    • Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff members

    • Responsible for managing restaurant financials, payroll, budgeting, cost control all while monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability

    • Works with culinary team on pricing, menu implementation, inventory management and facilitates menu offerings so that it aligns with the concept and goals of the restaurant

    • Maintains high level of customer/guest service. Table touches/interacts with customers, handles issues to ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience

    • Ensures the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations and strongly implements and enforces all food safety protocols by conducting regular audits and active training for all staff members

    • Works with business development team on community opportunities and staying informed about current industry trends

    General Manager Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a similar role

    • Valid King County food handler’s permit and valid Washington Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) permit

    • Ability to lead, mentor and execute restaurant functions

    • In-depth, working knowledge of restaurant best practices and overall restaurant functions

    • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills

    • Exceptional customer-centric mindset

    Salary: $80K-100K

  • We’re looking for experienced, friendly hosts/hostesses to join our team. Hosts/hostesses will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing & executing reservations, managing waitlists, escort guests to assigned dining areas, and managing online/to-go orders.

    Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

    Knowledgeable in food and beverage menu with the ability to make suggestions based on dietary preferences

    Engages guests in a friendly, positive manner

    Assists servers in daily prep work for setup, service and breakdown of the server station and dining room floor

    Works with the kitchen team to ensure that online/to-go orders are completed and passed off to drivers and/or guests in a timely manner

    Actively monitors restaurant activity to determine dining flow and seating strategy

    Answering phone calls and general questions, booking daily reservations

    Performs other duties as assigned

    Host/Hostess Requirements:

    A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

    Valid King County food handler’s permit

  • We’re looking for an experienced, detail orientated bar manager to join our team. Bar managers will be responsible for beverage program management, bar staff management and day to day operations, seasonal bar menu development and implementation, continual training and education of bar program and current trends, inventory control, and maintaining local compliance and safety regulations.

    Bar Manager Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for innovating and maintaining comprehensive beverage program which includes creating alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, seasonal signature cocktails, managing beverage inventory

    • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising bar staff and ensures bar is staffed appropriately and communication is maintained with culinary to ensure all products are available

    • Maintains overall day to day bar operations, keeping bar area clean, stocked, organized, bar equipment (lines, taps, etc.) are serviced regularly

    • Sets expectations for bar team on customer service to ensure positive customer experience

    • Innovative menu development based on seasonal ingredients that go with the restaurant concept, select new beverage offerings while staying up to date with current industry trends

    • Responsible for training and education for all bar staff on beverage program, product knowledge, and responsible alcohol service

    • Maintains inventory of all in-house beverages to ensure proper usage

    • Maintains compliance of alcohol serving regulations and conducts staff audits to ensure all standards are being adhered to

    Bar Manager Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

    • Meets minimum age to serve alcohol

  • We’re looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders to join our team. Bartenders will be responsible for producing house beverages, greeting guests, guide guests through the food and beverage menu, maintain bar area and sanitation standards.

    Bartender Responsibilities

    • Checking proper ID to ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age.

    • Prepares high-quality beverage items according to standardized recipes.

    • Daily prep work, service and breakdown of bar area

    • Adhering to restaurant standards for all prepared beverages.

    • Works with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.

    • Cash and credit card handling

    • Ensuring that bar operation procedures for food prep, storage areas and hygiene meet food health and safety standards and regulations.

  • We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy lead server to join our team. Lead servers will be responsible for greeting guests, guide guests through the food and beverage menu, maintain dining room area and sanitation standards as well as working as a peer to the waitstaff fielding questions pertaining to training, coordination, daily section placement.

    Lead Server Responsibilities:

    • Reports to the chef and is able to follow instructions.

    • Plating prepared foods based on chef’s standards.

    Dishwasher Responsibilities

    • Maintains dishes, pots, pans, smallware and equipment.

    • Maintains chemical and temperature standards for ware washing.

    • Keeps the dish and surrounding area organized according to safety standards.

    • Cleans all kitchen areas including: floors, walk-ins, sinks and other food prep surfaces.

    • Assists in unloading deliveries and supplies.

    • Assists in transferring food products and supplies throughout the establishment.

    • Washing and cleaning the kitchen, utensils and equipment after prep and service.

    • Ensuring that kitchen operation procedures for food prep, storage areas and hygiene meet food health and safety standards and regulations.

    Dishwasher Requirements
