Welcome to Anchovies & Salt, where we offer a unique and extraordinary dining experience with personalized services within each of our five private rooms, inspired by famous destinations in Vietnam including Hue, Hoi An, Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, and Hanoi. Perfect for hosting private events, celebrations, or intimate gatherings, our private rooms provide an exclusive setting for you and your guests to savor the finest Vietnamese cuisine while immersing yourself in the enchanting ambiance and the distinct beauty of these iconic places. In addition to our five VIP rooms, we also offer the option for a full restaurant buyout, allowing you to transform our entire space into your own private haven.
HUE SPACE
Capacity: 50 people
Seating: Combination of round & rectangular tables
Our upstairs dining space features a mezzanine overlooking the restaurant space - perfect for people watching with a bird's eye view, and expansive windows that open up a stunning panoramic view of Lake Washington. Please note that the upstairs dining space is NOT handicap accessible.

HOI AN ROOM
Capacity: 16 people

Located on the main level, this room showcases the signature look and vibe of ancient Hoi An with wooden sliding doors, native plants, landscape art, chandelier and a secret bookcase leading into the wine cellar. This room provides an intimate space for special gatherings or to entertain your highest level clients.

HA LONG BAY SPACE

This space is located in a secluded nook of the restaurant with a private entrance. There are four large screens available which make it perfect for presentations and slideshows for private business meetings or corporate events.

Designed for flexibility, these rooms feature wooden sliding doors and U-shaped seating that can be seamlessly combined to host larger gatherings.
