A Love Letter in Anchovies and Salt

Anchovies & Salt was born from a single conviction: that Vietnamese cuisine deserves a grand stage. On the shores of Lake Washington, founder Quyen Phan built exactly that.

I had been waiting to go to this place! Recently, I did visit with my husband, and I am happy to report a five star experience. I was happy to see the owner of the restaurant walking around, interacting with customers and also helping out his team of staff members!

Had a really nice lunch here, I’m wondering what differs on the dinner menu. Soup was tasty, steak and eggs were really good, broken rice was pretty good too. Only thing I think they should automatically give you is a knife and fork for the big meat plates, it’s a bit hard to work with chopsticks.
